Getting your countCAM4 videos to countCLOUD

countCLOUD is StreetLogic Pro's traffic video processing system. It allows users a simple and cost-effective way to have their traffic videos processed into meaningful data for use in engineering and planning projects, removing the hassle and time associated with processing videos in-house.

Follow the process below to get your videos from your countCAM4 to countCLOUD:

  • Download the video(s) to process from your countCAM4. No trimming is required, however, if desired, the onboard countCAM4 trimming tool can be used to reduce file sizes.
  • Create a user account in countcloud.streetlogic.pro.
  • Purchase Count Hours from www.streetlogic.pro. Be sure to use the same email at purchase as the email used to create the countCLOUD account.
    • Count Hours are the credit system used for processing in countCLOUD. Each count type and classification breakdown will use a different number of Count Hours. These costs can be seen HERE.
  • Open countcloud.streetlogic.pro and navigate to the "Library" tab using the left sidebar. Your purchased hours should now be available in your account.
  • Select the count duration, classification and type, and quantity of counts to create. The total number of hours used will display.
  • Click "Create Count" to purchase the count(s). The available count(s) will be generated and corresponding hours will be deducted from your account.
  • Click the Count ID of an available count to access the uploading page.
    • Enter the Start Date/Time and location reference and click SAVE COUNT SETUP.
      • Internal notes for your own use and a count location can also be entered if desired.
      • Use the SPLIT function if non-sequential counting is needed.
    • Create an upload a labelled screenshot and corresponding video file to finish the upload. More details on creating a labelled screenshot can be found HERE.
  • Once all files are received the count will move from AVAILABLE to IN-PROCESS.
    • Your completed data will be returned within 3-business days and can be downloaded within the page.
    • If any issues that prevent processing are noted the count will shift from IN-PROCESS to ERROR. The reason for the error will be noted. Once the error is corrected the count will return to IN-PROCESS.
